Help with the Movable app

Email support@getmovable.app. You can also write to us from the app: open Profile, then Contact support. Tell us which iPhone and iOS version you use, and what happened.
Getting started
Tap Start stretching, read the safety notice, and answer four short questions. Movable then shows a free routine. You do not need an account or a subscription to try it, and the free routine stays available to repeat.
Each stretch begins after a short countdown, so you have time to get into position. Tap Start now to begin right away, or Wait to start when you are ready. You can pause, skip, or stop at any time.
Subscriptions
- A subscription adds a fresh daily routine from the full stretch library. Apple shows your local price and any free-trial offer before you confirm.
- To cancel or change a subscription, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. In Movable, Profile → Manage subscription opens the same page.
- New iPhone or reinstalled the app? Open Profile and tap Restore purchases.
- For refunds, use Apple’s Report a Problem page. Purchases are handled by Apple.
Your account and data
- An account is optional. Sign in with Apple saves a copy of your preferences and progress so you can use it on another device.
- To delete your data, open Profile and tap Delete account and progress (or Delete progress on this device if you have not signed in).
- Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in your iPhone’s Settings.
See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how to request access or deletion.
